I’m Julie Duffy Dillon.

I’m a dietitian trained as a mental health counselor and eating disorder specialist. I’m a podcaster, speaker, and author—and I’m a PCOS expert.

For years I ran a private practice in North Carolina that used only non-diet medical nutrition therapy for people with PCOS and eating disorders. FAQ

First and foremost, PCOS Power should be free. Healthcare, including in the US, should be free. We think the US government should be subsidizing physical health care and mental health care providers so people can access this with ease. Alas, that is not the current reality.

We currently provide PCOS Power access for one low monthly rate of $47/month to help more people afford it. Please know we always provide free content via the podcast feed and social media.

We cannot accept insurance for payment because I am not your individual dietitian. PCOS Power is for educational and informational purposes only. You can use your HSA or FSA credit card for payment.

Most need about 1 hour for the PCOS Power course content and 1 hour in the Power Forward community to go through weekly content. You could go through the content much quicker if you like yet we notice it takes most about 12 weeks. That is how long it usually takes to go through the content and feel a difference in symptoms from applying the concepts.

PCOS POWER is focused on my non-diet strategies to help you live with PCOS without diets. 

About 50% of our students have been doing intuitive eating work for years but want to dive deeper into applying the practice to living with PCOS. (If you find yourself getting tripped up in IE at times trying to manage PCOS, this course is made for you.) 

And, of course, if you’re new to a non-diet approach, PCOS POWER just might be the permission giving “miracle” you’ve been waiting for!

This is an “I am ALL in program” and as such we do not offer refunds.

We offer many free classes and opportunities throughout the year to answer questions about PCOS Power. We encourage you to engage within those and we hope it answers any questions or concerns that come up for you before purchasing.

PCOS PowerFUL packages includes weekly audio private office hours with Julie. Here you can ask all your questions as you are going through the course content and not worry about blocking your calendar for another zoom call.

The PCOS Power membership also includes access to the Power Forward Community. Here you can have unlimited access to ask Julie and her team questions by tagging her. She will respond within 24 hours.

You can live everywhere yet keep in mind a few things:

  • All supplement recommendations will be based on US availability.
  • All lab work discussions will be based on measurements in the US
  • The Power Forward Community team members, including Julie, will be there between 9 and 3 pm US Eastern Time Monday through Friday except on major holidays.

I am not sure if the course is a good fit for you if you are wanting to continue to pursue weight loss. This course is designed for people who are ready (or trying to be ready) to connect with only non-diet tools to help with PCOS. Still weighing and measuring weight loss will make this course ineffective and block healing.

Using a free audio app, we set aside a time for you to ask Julie anything as you are going through PCOS Power. We use the app Voxer. More on it here: https://www.voxer.com/about.

Using Voxer means you can ask Julie anything while also taking care of your day to day tasks. You can be at work or taking care of kids and still ask Julie questions. You don’t have to sit at your computer staring at Zoom! You don’t have to block your day! Even better, Julie can get back to you and continue the conversation over the office hours time block.

We contain the coaching time to most Thursdays from 10 am – 2 pm US EST. If you are never available then, no worries. You can leave messages at anytime. Just know Julie will only listen and answer them during office hours.
